The EPA SWMM 5 code and the various versions of Visual Studio. If you have multiple versions of Visual Studio on your computer you might have toolset issues.  Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 are for Windows 7, Visual Studio 2013 is for Windows 8

Note: Orifice and Weir Flow Computations The orifice flow calculation proceeds as follows: 1. Initially and whenever the setting (i.e., the fraction opened) changes, flow coefficients for both orifice and weir behavior are computed as follows: a. Define the Land Use by using the Data=>Land Uses command or the Land Use Editor: 3. Define Buildup to be None by clicking on the None Tab: 4.
